Mobile Phone Modem: Sony Ericcson G900 DNS ERROR in Windows Vista?
I'm using a Sony Ericsson G900 mobile, and I tried connecting it to my notebook using it as a modem. After the mobile wizard finished doing the setup I tried browsing the net. The internet indicator (the one in the task bar near the clock that shows internet connection) says that I am connected but when I tried to open a page, I can only reach the homepage (w@p page) of my mobile data carrier. Every time I try to open a page, say Yahoo! I get a DNS error. I also have a data plan so there shouldn't be any problem with browsing. How to I solve this? I can normally browse normal web pages using my mobile phone so I was wondering what the problem could be? Help!
